The Koala mattress has a double-sided comfort layer that you access by unzipping the cover, and flip this layer over. You can choose between medium-firm support and firmer support. Koala recommend trying the medium-firm default side first.

This foam layer has an infusion of diamond and graphite particles, this innovative coating quickly dissipates excess heat away; extending the duration of your deep sleep phase. Pocket Springs

Flippable Comfort Foam Layers
This sensitive and soothing comfort layer has been specifically designed to absorb and release moisture, making nodding off a breeze. Diamond Degree® Graphite Foam
The low rolling-resistance of the Diamond Degree® graphite foam requires less effort from your body when you involuntarily toss and turn during sleep, meaning you're less likely to wake yourself up or be disturbed by your partner in the middle of the night. Adaptive Comfort Foam
The ergonomically designed adaptive comfort foam layer adapts to your body and optimally distributes body pressure, allowing you to sleep comfortably regardless of your build or sleeping position (back, side, stomach). Pocket Springs

3 Zone Support Foam Base
To help create an ideal foundation for sleeping, three targeted high-density precision cut support zones are designed to take the pressure off. No matter what position you prefer, overall it helps make a better sleeping experience. Firmer support right beneath the hips prevents your body from sinking into the mattress. This comes in real handy when it comes to helping you maintain a healthy sleeping posture. This firmer support base prevents you from sinking too deep into the mattress.

Climate-Regulating and Elastic Cover
This fully breathable, removable, and washable premium cover is designed to help facilitate heat dissipation of the Diamond Degree graphite foam. Its airy structure lets the mattress breathe during the day without hindering the thermoregulatory effects of the mattress. The top of the cover is made of 99% polyester and 1% elastane. The bottom cover has convenient handles and is made of 87% polyester and 13% polypropylene, and the sides are made of 100% of polyester.

Tencel™ Lyocell Sleep Surface
The sleep surface is made with a Tencel™ Lyocell fibre (65% polyester, 35% Tencel™ Lyocell) this top fabric is incredibly breathable to keep your body temperature under control and the mattress dry. Tencel is eco-friendly and made from sustainably sourced wood, the Tencel fibres are more absorbent than cotton, softer than silk, and cooler than linen. Anti-Slip Base
The anti-slip base fabric is 100% polyester with PVC dot which helps keep your mattress securely in place.

Free delivery and returns. Orders placed before 10 am on weekdays are eligible for same-day delivery (between 2-6 pm) in the metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. Otherwise you will receive your mattress within 1-3 business days depending on your proximity to Emma's warehouses.
